Service Options - Select at checkout: • General Online Notarization – $40 • Remote Loan Closing – $125-$200 • Mobile Loan Signings (Limited Availability): $350+ Fee includes travel up to 25 miles. Final rate based on document type, urgency, and complexity. Payment is due at booking to confirm your appointment and allow us to begin secure document preparation. Cancellation Policy
Full payment confirms your appointment and allows document preparation to begin immediately. Payments are non-refundable once preparation has started. You may reschedule one time if requested at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more, or no-shows, will require a new booking and payment.
