During this online consultation, we'll review the property, discuss your staging goals, and identify the key rooms that make the most impact. We’ll walk through design direction, staging options, and general pricing based on the number of rooms you want staged. After the consultation, we'll schedule a site visit to finalize measurements and confirm the full design plan ensuring the home is staged with a cohesive, modern, luxury look that attracts buyers and maximizes value. Home must be vacant.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule the discovery call at any time. The on-site design visit will require a $75 retainer fee. This fee becomes non-refundable 24 hours before your scheduled visit and remains non-refundable. If necessary, the contract will be updated and finalized following the site visit. The retainer will be applied toward your project cost.
